1. Company and Brand Consistency Standards Report

The Company and Brand Consistency Standards Report analyzes the data we have gathered for your businesses and compiles it into a useful JSON for your use. This report contains three sections:

  • Business Info
  • Company Standards
  • Brand Consistency

1.1 Report Summary

This section is a high level overview of a company's performance. The following data is included:

  • Number of Locations Audited (if it's for a multi-location report)
  • Dates Audited
  • Total # of Positive Reviews
  • Total # of Negative Reviews
  • Average Rating
898

1.2 Company Standards

This section audits a location's performance against company goals. As a result, the report gives a pass/fail grade for every standard. For example, a company might want all of it's locations to average a 4.0 aggregate star rating across its profiles. If they accomplish the goal, they pass. If they are below an aggregate 4-star rating, they would fail.

Companies can create and modify their own standards to best reflect their goals and initiatives. The default standards include:

  • Each location should receive at least 5 new reviews
  • Each location should average a 4-star rating or above
  • Each location should respond to 80% of it's negative reviews
  • Each location should respond to at least 25% of their positive reviews

1.3 Brand Consistency

This section audits the online brand consistency for each location. We help identify areas of improvement so each location provides the right information on every profile. Companies can create and modify their own brand consistency standards. As a default, we include the following standards:

  • Have all essential online profiles (like Yelp and Google) been created for your location?
  • Have all essential profile pages been claimed by the business?
  • Does your location have a consistent business name across all profiles?
  • Does your location have a consistent phone number across all profiles?
  • Does your location have a consistent address across all profiles?
  • Does your location have consistent business hours across all profiles?

1.4 Single Location vs. Multi Location Report

A single location will receive a pass/fail report for all of the data and profiles we audited for its location. Corporate, district managers, and other multi-location managers will receive an aggregate report that shows the percentage of locations that passed or failed the company's standards and brand consistency goals.
